The Municipality of Tago, under the leadership of Mayor Jelio Val C. Laurente, has been formally awarded for its excellence in Human Resource Management under the Civil Service Commissionโ€™s Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM).
The awarding ceremony took place at the Provincial Capitol of Agusan del Norte, recognizing Tago as an accredited local government unit that upholds the highest standards in HR systems, practices, and procedures.
Mayor Laurente, together with the Human Resource Management Head Mr. Eric Mendiola, key officials and representatives from the municipality, proudly received the PRIME-HRM plaque from the CSC, marking a significant milestone in Tagoโ€™s commitment to transparent, efficient, and people-centered governance.
