The awarding ceremony was duly attended by the Civil Service Commission Regional Office headed by Regional Director Atty. Winston L. Plaza and Provincial Director Dir. Evangeline B. Golindang. The award was formally handed to Hon. Jelio Val C. Laurente, Municipal Mayor of Tago.
